	What happens during a Residential Visit? When our technicians visit your house or home they will undertake certain procedures. This involves an Inspection, Treatment (if required) and a Follow-up visit (if required).

The Inspection

Kitchens, Basements, Attics... no matter what the pests our technicians inspect the inside and outside of your home first because what he does before a treatment can make all the difference.

Following a detailed assessment our technicians will only undertake a treatment if no other avenues are available to control the pests.

The Treatment

The type of treatment undertaken will reflect both the nature of the environment and the type of Pest to be treated. This means, for example, that our technicians will take into account the presence of children and pets within a domestic environment prior to undertaking a treatment, and even then only using suitable professional control products.

The Follow-up Inspection

If required we will follow up any treatments undertaken with a ‘follow up’ visit to fully assess the pest activity within treated areas, and to retreat if required.
